Dinner Buffet

At Outlanders we pride ourselves in offering the freshest menu items, both unique and familiar, at the most reasonable prices.

Listed below are appetizers, soups, salads, and entrees*.  All items are homemade in our kitchen by Anne and her culinary team.  Your meal may either be delivered to the location of your choice or picked up by you.   Please note that the list we present here does not include all that we have to offer.  If there is an item not listed here in which you are interested, please do not hesitate to ask us.  We will do all that we can to insure that your event is enjoyable both to you and your guests.

A standard Outlander Dinner selection includes but is not limited to:

  • One salad
  • Your Entrée Selection (single entrée, dual entrée, OR triple entrée available)
  • One vegetable
  • One starch
  • Assorted rolls and butter
  • Fresh dessert
  • Iced Tea and Water included with each meal.

Fresh Salads

  • Mixed Greens tossed with balsamic artichoke hearts, smoked gouda, grape tomatoes, and croutons
  • Apple Harvest Salad - Salad greens with thinly-sliced granny smith apples, dried cranberries, bleu cheese crumbles, pistachios in housemade roasted cinnamon honey vinaigrette
  • Salad Greens with fresh berries, bleu cheese crumbles, and almonds with raspberry vinaigrette
  • Caesar Salad topped with home-style croutons and freshly-grated asiago
  • Tossed Garden Salad - traditional greens tossed with grape tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, and homestyle Croutons, with buttermilk ranch or balsamic vinaigrette
  • Panzanella - Chopped fresh tomatoes with cucumbers, red onion, kalamatas olives, capers, fresh mozzarella, tossed in balsamic vinaigrette and croutons, served over a bed of romaine
  • Oriental Tossed Salad - Fresh baby spinach with Mandarin oranges, red onion, toasted almonds, fried noodles, and toasted sesame dressing

Outlander Evening Entrees

Beef:

  • Land and Sea includes a Filet of Beef (5 oz.) served with 3 Nesting Jumbo Shrimp
  • Braised Beef Short Rib with apple pie demiglaze
  • Beef Wellington Filet of Beef with Mushroom Duxelle wrapped in Puff Pastry


Seafood:

  • Fresh Shrimp tossed either scampi style OR in our Creole cream sauce served in mashed potato bowl
  • Baked Salmon topped with a Lemon Caper Wine Sauce
  • Baked Salmon, Horseradish-crusted with White Wine Mustard Cream


Chicken

  • Vegetable-stuffed Chicken Breast with finely-chopped garden vegetables
  • Proscuitto, Basil, Parmesan & Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast topped with a Chardonnay Cream Sauce
  • Lightly-breaded Chicken Breast with a Tarragon Cream Sauce 
  • Monterey Chicken Stuffed with Pepper Jack Cream Cheese and Salsa served on a bed of Black Beans and Rice


Pork:

  • Jack Daniels-glazed Pork Loin
  • Herb-crusted Pork Loin with Pommery Mustard Sauce
  • Stuffed Pork Loin with Sundried Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Parmesan, and Mozzarella with Supreme Sauce


Vegetarian Options:

  • Spinach Lasagna Roll Served with Marinara and our Parmesan Cream Sauce
  • Vegetable Stuffed Balsamic Glazed Portobella Mushroom
  • Zucchini Boat stuffed with chick peas and Mediterranean vegetables and herbs


Pasta:

  • Three-Cheese and Spinach Stuffed Pasta Shells with marinara or Parmesan Cream Sauce
  • Fusilli Pasta with Shrimp, Asparagus and Capers in a Light Citrus Cream Sauce
  • Penne pasta with chicken served in tomato basil sauce
  • Spincah and Italian Sausage Lasagna Rolls finished with  Marinara or Parmesan Cream Sauce

There is no service charge for non-staffed functions. Any staffed functions are subject to labor charges.
All functions are subject to current Michigan Sales Tax.
