Outlanders Buffet Lunch

Outlanders also offers hot buffet luncheons.  Similar to our Lunch Boxes, we offer a Basic Hot Buffet Menu and a Gourmet Hot Buffet Menu.  The Basic Hot Buffet is an excellent economical option while the Gourmet Buffet offers a more specialized unique option ideal for pampering prospective clients. Located below are your options for entrée, side selections, and desserts, with pricing. 


The Basic Hot Luncheon
Basic Luncheon menus range from $12 to $15.50 per Guest.  Plastic and paperware are included at no additional cost. Iced Tea is included with all buffet lunches. Please choose the same menu for all of your guests. 10 guest minimum.


I. Basic Entrées

Includes One Entrée, Two Sides, Rolls with butter, Dessert, Tea

Choose one:

  • Oven-Roasted Chicken (bone-in - herb-crusted, rosemary mustard, OR bbq marinades)
  • Grilled Chicken Breast (no bone – plain, Italian, rosemary mustard, OR bbq marinades)
  • Italian Sausage with red peppers and onions in marinara


II. Basic Entrées
Includes One Entrée that includes the starch, One Side, Rolls with butter OR garlic bread, Dessert, Tea
Choose one:

  • Chicken Parmesan over spaghetti
  • Rotini Pasta with strips of grilled chicken breast (parmesan cream, marinara, OR spinach red pepper cream sauce)
  • Lasagna Roll-ups( Italian sausage OR Spinach, marinara sauce OR Parmesan Cream Sauce)
  • Three Cheese  Mushroom Penne Pasta with strips of grilled chicken


III. Fajitas Buffet

  • Strips of beef or chicken with mixed peppers and onions.
  • Served with flour OR corn tortillas, shredded lettuce, salsa, sour cream, and cheddar cheese.
  • Mexican Rice OR Black Bean and Corn Salad
  • Tortilla Chips with salsa
  • Your Choice Dessert


IV. Soup / Salad / Sandwich Buffet

  • Tomato Cream Soup OR Potato with Ham Soup
  • Tossed Garden Salad with buttermilk ranch and balsamic vinaigrette
  • ½ Turkey and Swiss Sandwich (per guest) with mayo and mustard on the side
  • Your Choice Dessert


V. Baked Potato Bar

  • Baked Potatoes with toppings to include butter, sour cream, bacon, cheddar, and salsa

The Gourmet Hot Luncheon

Gourmet Hot Luncheon menus range in price from $15.50 to $20 per Guest. Plasticware and paperware are included at no additional charge.  Iced Tea is included with all buffet lunches. Please choose the same menu for all of your guests. 10 guest minimum.

I. Gourmet Entrées
Includes One Entree, Two Sides, Rolls with butter, Dessert, Tea

  • Chicken Aginapes - chicken breast with artichoke hearts, red peppers, and mushroom in Aegean spices
  • Pecan-crusted Chicken Breast with Bourban apricot pan sauce
  • Lightly-breaded Chicken Breast with pommery mustard sauce
  • Sirloin Tips with gravy, pearl onions and mushrooms
  • Beef Pot Roast with potatoes in gravy


II. Gourmet Entrées
Includes One Entree, Two Sides, Rolls with butter, Dessert, Tea

  • Rubbed Pork Loin with pommery mustard, stone fruit smoked bacon sauce OR balsamic glaze
  • Proscuitto Garlic Basil Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast with chardonnay cream sauce
  • Beef Shoulder Tenderloin Medallions in Brown Gravy with Fresh Mushrooms
  • London Broil with madeira cream sauce
